    theft
sometime in the last 24 hrs my bike was stolen.

It was located under our back porch, out of sight from the street. Three sides of the porch are solid, the third is trelis work.

This was not a smash & grab, person walked around the house and looked for stuff to take. I think they also tried to break into the house itself as the front porch smelled of ciagrette smoke when I got home yesterday.

It has been noted that while there are plenty of ways of saving one's journal, there isn't a useful way to save one's LJ social network. If you can read this, please send e-mail to dphilli1_00 at yahoo dot com with the subject line "social safety net" that has contact info unrelated to LJ, preferably e-mail (but no address@livejournal.com), and your LJ handle. Especially pertinent if we don't connect on any other forum.

    I'm a Mercedes SLK!

You appreciate the finer things in life. You have a split personality - wild or conservative, depending on your mood. Wherever you go, you like to travel first class. Luxury, style, and fun - who could ask for more?

Take the Which Sports Car Are You? quiz.

    help learning java
I want to take a Java class, but I'm having trouble finding one that is both short enough and cheap enough to suit my needs. I've got a programming background, already know object orientated programming (C++), and already have rudimentary java skills. I need a class that will teach me things like how to make buttons properly interact with command line output, etc. I'd like a class of 2-3 days, or something in the evenings. I think I can get work to pay for it, but it should still be less than 1K.

    Any thoughts?

    GROWL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
stupid mazda. I want splash guards for my new car. Mazda makes guards for the 4dr, but not the 5dr.

Third party flaps _might_ exist, but they require drilling into the car, which I'm really not able to do.

    I hate Mazda right now.

    Current Mood: pissed off
